Netflix needed a video specifically for creators in Spain that explains the care and personalization Netflix puts into packaging and marketing creators' content. The piece needed to show how Netflix finds the right audiences for each show, tailoring marketing to different markets and demographics.

Our Approach
We created Tito, a character who personifies a Netflix title. As the video progresses, Tito takes on different themes and aesthetics to appeal to different audiences, visually demonstrating how Netflix adapts its packaging and promotion to ensure the right content reaches the right people. The character animation is playful and transformative, with Tito's design shifting seamlessly between visual styles. The approach makes a behind-the-scenes marketing process feel tangible and fun, turning something that could feel corporate into something creators can relate to and appreciate.
The video was produced in both English and Spanish to serve Netflix's teams across markets.
