Netflix approached us to rethink how they welcome people into one of the world's most distinctive workplace cultures, at scale, across every geography where they operate.

Goal line: Every new hire, everywhere, equipped to do the best work of their career.
The challenge was to create an onboarding experience that feels personal and culturally resonant for every new hire, whether they're joining a small regional office or a major hub. We helped design a blended learning journey pairing on-demand digital content with live experiences that unfolds over an employee's first 90 days. The result is a program that doesn't just inform new hires, it actively helps them internalize Netflix's culture, understand their role, and hit the ground running.
For new people leaders specifically, we developed a scalable content system giving them the tools and context they need to lead with confidence from day one, grounded in Netflix's values and talent philosophy.
