A collection of 30 gifs in the 2019 Royal College of Art (RCA) grad show. Started as a therapeutic process, this project helped identify sensitive and negative feelings that can be hard to express when you are introverted.

The idea grew as a way to let others be exposed, even for a few minutes, to an often negative emotional state that comes from being shy. Using a three-stage process, the concept was taken from protagonist to participant to spectator, allowing introverted emotions to be encapsulated in images and thereby released. While started for personal self-help therapy, the hope is that it speaks to others on all places of the introversion-extroversion spectrum.
